This is about the bible.html web page on this web site. The page is an introduction to an introduction. Among other things the Holy Bible is a summary or overview of earth history. This summary or overview is not without its focus, purpose and goal. The same is true of the Holy Bible. Among other things and perhaps above all the Bible reveals the truth about God, Jesus Christ, the origin of the sin problem and God's solution to the sin problem. God's solution to the sin problem is both simple and profound. The solution to the sin problem can be termed the "plan of salvation". In theological terms "soteriology".

The perspective presented is my own and is posted here for your consideration.
Beginning in Genesis, continuing through history and the text of the Bible, and continuing since the acceptance of the canon, God continues to unfold the truths in and surrounding God's plan of salvation. At some point in time all truth necessary for human salvation will have been revealed. That time is now.

This big-picture overview of history and the Bible attempts to unpack God's supernatural plan. This plan is progressive in its growing detail. This page positively and assertively explores this idea in greater detail.
