God the Father

God is infinite in power, wisdom and ability. God is invisible and beyond our ability to understand as humans. We can only understand God to the extent that God has revealed himself to us. This picture of God is what we call God the Father. God is Light; God is Love; God transcends nature.

Some believe that God the Father has a body and that is one way in which we are like God. I respectfully differ on that point. It seems to me that that perspective diminishes the nature of God.
